• The prices for the rooms are inclusive breakfast buffet, wifi, parking and using our wellness area
• The visitor tax of € 3,50 per person and day is not included in the prices
• Our hotel is a non smoking hotel
• Dogs are welcome. But we have to charge € 10,-- per day. Your dog is not allowed in the breakfast room
• The payment is possible cash in Euro, Visa, Master and EC card

• up to 3 free of charge
• age 4 to 10 years up to – 60%
• age 11 to 15 years up to – 40 %

Price reductions

• Reduced entrance to the Olympia congress center ( indoor pool) Monday-Friday
• Guests of our hotel get a reduction of 35% at the Golf Academy.
  

Cancellation

The general terms and conditions of the Hotel Industry are applicable.
That means that the following cancellation fees accrue:

• 1 month before arrival we keep the down payment of € 250,--
• 50 % from 1 month and 80% in the last week before start travel.
• Unfortunately, we must charge 100% by late arrival or early departure.

We recommended our guests to take a cancellation insurance.

Arrival time: between 3pm and 7pm
Departure: until 11am

• Visa , Master – and EC card.

We are a non smoking hotel.
You can gladly smoke on the balcony.
